This is not so much a biggest loser contest as it is a get healthy blog. Being healthy should be more important than losing weight and hopefully in the process, a little weight will just fall right off!

Daily Exercise

Exercise is an important part of being healthy.  We all need to just get up and move more.  If you are trying to lose weight, you should do some form of aerobic exercise at least 6 times a week.  Go for a walk, just get that heart pumping!  Once you are maintaining your weight, you can drop your exercise down to 3 times a week.
